What is the founding-member offer?

Subscribe while the offer is open and you get half as many minutes again at the same price: 90 instead of 60 on Rep, 270 instead of 180 on Closer and 900 instead of 600 on Rainmaker. The extra minutes apply to your first 3 months as a subscriber; after that your plan's standard allowance applies. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the terms open at that time apply.

When does MockAllies open?

The app opens on Monday 12 October 2026. You can pre-order a plan now: you pay for the first month today, and that month and your 3 founding months start on the day the app opens, not the day you pay. Pre-orders are monthly; you can switch to yearly billing once you are in the app.

How does the trial work?

New accounts can take a one-time, ten-minute practice trial. A card is required to start, and you are not charged until you choose a plan. Ten minutes is enough to take a lesson and try it on a buyer. The trial opens with the app on Monday 12 October 2026.

What’s the actual difference between the plans?

Practice volume and Academy scope. Rep includes the six-lesson starter path; Closer and Rainmaker open the full Academy and all eight specialist schools. Every plan gets the same feedback after every call.

Are there limits on the Sales AI Assistant?

Yes. Every plan includes the Sales AI Assistant with usage limits, and higher plans have higher limits. Limits can change as we improve the assistant. It never uses your practice minutes.

What uses practice minutes?

Spoken practice calls and spoken Academy exercises share one allowance. Reading study sheets and written knowledge checks do not use minutes. The session meter in the app shows your balance.

What happens if I run out of practice minutes?

Practice pauses until your next monthly allowance or a plan change. Minutes do not roll over, and there is no automatic charge.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay once a year and save 20%. The yearly totals are $239.90 for Rep, $719.90 for Closer and $1871.90 for Rainmaker. Your minutes still arrive monthly and do not roll over.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access to the end of your current billing period, then your plan does not renew and there are no further charges. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like.

Do you offer refunds?

Read the refund policy before purchasing. For a billing question, email support; never send payment-card details.

Is pricing different outside the United States?

No. All plans are billed in US dollars, and the price shown is the price you pay. No VAT or other tax is added at checkout.
