As a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you buy to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason.

You can also withdraw by email: write to support@mockallies.com from the address you bought with, subject “Withdrawal”. One clear sentence is enough, for example: “I withdraw from my MockAllies purchase of [date].” Or use this model withdrawal form:

You are on time as long as you send your request before the 14 days end.

If your service hasn't started: you get everything back.

If you asked us to start within the 14 days: the first time you start practising while you can still withdraw, the app asks you to confirm that you want the service to start straight away. It also tells you that if you then withdraw, you pay for what you used. If you don't confirm, the service doesn't start until the 14 days are over.

If you withdraw after confirming, you get back what you paid, minus the share of your plan's monthly minutes you used (60 on Rep, 180 on Closer, 600 on Rainmaker).

Example: you paid for Rep, which includes 60 minutes a month. You used 18 minutes, which is 30%. You get 70% of what you paid back. If you used 60 minutes or more, that month's service is fully used and there is nothing to refund.

We never deduct payment, processing or any other fees from a withdrawal refund.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the same card or payment method you used. This costs you nothing. Depending on your bank, the money can take a few more days to show.

Cancel at any time in Billing in the app. You keep access and your remaining minutes until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

On the free trial, cancel before day 15 and your card is never charged. If you don't cancel, the first $24.99 charge on day 15 starts Rep, and your 14 days to withdraw run from that payment.

If you can't reach Billing, email support@mockallies.com from your account email and we'll cancel it for you. Cancelling isn't a refund request, and it doesn't delete your account.

If you're charged twice or charged the wrong amount, or paid access doesn't work, email support@mockallies.com with your account email, the date and the amount. We'll fix it and refund anything charged in error in full.

After the 14 days, payments for a period that has started aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. Any other refund is at our discretion. In that case, we may deduct payment fees that aren't returned to us. This never applies to withdrawals or to refunds the law requires.

The right of withdrawal is for consumers. If you buy for a company or for your trade, cancellation and the other refunds on this page still apply.

Your account and progress stay after you cancel or withdraw. Recordings and transcripts are still deleted after 30 days as usual. To delete your account, see the Privacy Policy. We keep invoices for as long as tax law requires.
