How MockAllies works
How practice calls, feedback, plans and minutes work, taken from the app itself.
Start your first practice call
Create an account, allow the microphone, and call your first buyer. The one-time trial gives you ten minutes.
Overview
MockAllies is a place to practise sales conversations out loud. You call an AI buyer, the buyer answers in a natural voice and pushes back the way real buyers do, and when you hang up you get feedback on what you did. Then you try again.
Quickstart
Your first practice call takes about ten minutes, including reading the feedback.
- Create an account at app.mockallies.com. New accounts can take a one-time, ten-minute practice trial. A card is required to start it, and you are not charged until you choose a plan.
- Allow the microphone when your browser asks. Headphones help keep the buyer’s voice out of your microphone.
- Tell it what you sell. The grader holds you to what you enter, so anything you claim beyond it counts as unsupported.
- Spin the wheel to draw a buyer, or build a hard one, then press Start call and open the conversation.
- Hang up and grade when the call ends. Read the feedback, choose one thing to change, and call again.
How a call works
Each call is a live voice conversation with a simulated buyer who has a company, a situation and reasons to say no. The buyer does not follow a script: the answer you give changes what they say next.
When you hang up, the call is graded against the method you chose. You can also switch sides: sit on the other end and hear the call done well before you try it yourself.
Tip: a five-minute call is enough. Short calls you repeat teach more than one long call you never review.
Call settings
Every setting is optional. Leave them alone and you get a realistic buyer at a baseline difficulty.

| Buyer temperament | How the buyer reacts: consultative (opens up to real questions), standard (balanced) or hard-nosed (blunt, no patience for warmth). |
| Industry focus | Picks the world the buyer lives in. Left blank, the trade is chosen at random. |
| Drill one skill | Pick one skill and the buyer makes sure it comes up. Leave it and your standing weakness is probed instead. |
| Your selling style | Changes how you are coached, not who the buyer is. |
| What you are selling | Your offer, as the grader will hold you to it. Leave something out and claims about it count as unsupported. |
| Marking | Quick takes a few seconds and catches obvious faults. Deep takes about thirty seconds and catches faults a good call hides. |
Feedback
Every plan gets the same feedback after every call:
- A graded review of the call against the method and the offer you set.
- The transcript, so you can read back exactly what you said and where the call turned.
- Delivery signals: pace, filler words and talk ratio.
Feedback is a prompt to think, not a verdict. Pick one change for the next attempt; the feedback recipe shows how.
Plans and minutes
Plans differ in practice volume and Academy scope. Every plan gets the same feedback. Prices are final, with no tax added.

How minutes work
- Spoken practice calls and spoken Academy exercises share one allowance.
- Written knowledge checks and study sheets never use minutes.
- Minutes reset monthly, on yearly billing too, and do not roll over.
- If you run out, practice pauses until the next allowance or a plan change. There is no automatic charge.
Billing and cancelling
Plans bill monthly, or yearly at 20% off: $239.90 for Rep, $719.90 for Closer and $1,871.90 for Rainmaker. Everything is billed in US dollars, and no VAT or other tax is added: the price shown is what you pay.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Before you buy, read the refund policy. For a billing question, email support@mockallies.com, and never send card details by email.
Privacy
Nobody reads anyone else’s calls. Leave real names and customer details out of your practice calls; the responsible practice recipe shows how to keep a scenario realistic without them.
You can delete your account from the app. Deleting removes your active training data and sign-in credentials; backups and records kept under separate retention policies may remain. The privacy policy has the full detail.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. MockAllies runs in your browser. You need a microphone and permission for the page to use it.
What uses practice minutes?
Spoken practice calls and spoken Academy exercises share one monthly allowance. Reading study sheets and written knowledge checks never use minutes.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
Practice pauses until your next monthly allowance or a plan change. There is no automatic charge.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Minutes reset every month, on yearly billing too, and do not carry over.
Can anyone else read my calls?
No. Nobody reads anyone else’s calls. Your transcripts and feedback are yours.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a public API?
Not yet. There are no public endpoints, SDKs or API keys, so please do not build against guessed routes.
