A proposed research agenda for MockAllies. These questions describe work worth investigating, not completed studies or proven outcomes.
A useful study would begin with a specific, observable behaviour: a relevant follow-up question, an accurate recap, or a mutually understood next step. Confidence, practice scores, and sales outcomes would need to be treated as different measures rather than substitutes for one another.
One possible study would compare a first attempt with a later attempt after a clearly defined kind of feedback. It would need consistent scenarios, a transparent assessment rubric, and safeguards against simply rewarding familiarity with the exercise. This is a design question, not a study MockAllies has completed.
A change in a simulated conversation would not establish a change in real customer conversations. Investigating transfer would require a separate design, appropriate consent, protection of customer information, and a careful account of other factors affecting the outcome.
Any future report should explain who took part, what was measured, how the comparison worked, and what the evidence cannot establish. MockAllies has not published outcome studies here. Until that changes, the practice guides are practical exercises, not research findings.
