You can now read why we built MockAllies, see transparent plan comparisons, find quick answers in a proper FAQ, reach a real person directly, and read exactly how we handle security — all written in our own voice instead of generic template copy.
We reviewed how feedback gets generated and confirmed it stays limited to what you actually said and did — pace, filler words, the words you chose — never a guess about how you felt. We also put it in writing: MockAllies does not create voiceprints from your recordings, does not run speaker identification, and does not use your session audio to train any AI model.
Plain, substantive policies are now live covering billing and cancellation (including the 14-day right to change your mind for EU/UK customers), what happens to your data and recordings, and what is and isn't okay to upload or record on MockAllies.
